How we turned RM 2500 to RM 62,760 in 90 Days.

In this article, we will show you how we helped this gym in KL turn RM 2500 to RM 62,760 in 90 days.
Keep in mind, the numbers are in up-front cash collected for the first package.
There are some clients that left after the package but some continued and renewed their package too.
Resulting in even further revenue in the future.
Here is how we did it.
Step 1: We created the offer and sales material.
The gym that we worked on helping is a personal training gym that does not do gym memberships.
They specialize in selling transformations to clients with focus on 1-1 training, nutrition and accountability.
So we decided to do a 6 week body transformation challenge that targeted the local market.
Step 2: Ads and automation.
We then started to create the ads using images taken from their gym.
We started to test these ads. We had 2 female ads and 2 male ads that ran the same text and offer, we just changed the images.
On the first day we already had our leads and we started to send this automatically to our backend system to make sure everything was organized.
By the end of 90 days, we spent around RM 2432.62 on ads.

Step 3: Scheduling.
Although we had automations that allowed the leads to book their own sales appointments, we still had many that did not book by themselves.
We got a staff to start calling these leads with the script we made for them to book them into a consultation/ sales meeting.
For the first month, we were able to schedule 28.4% of our leads which was 71 appointments with a 67.6% show rate.
This resulted in 48 warm leads in a month which was quite a shock for the gym that we worked with.

*This was what our calendar looked like for reference
Luckily, they had a team of 3 people that can handle the sales appointments.
Step 4: Selling.
On our first day we managed to close RM 2400 worth of services.
This included one six week challenge package and two paid trials.
This was a good sign as we had the proof to build confidence for sales staff in the gym.
The staff followed the sales script and system we made for their offer.
